Hacking Some titles launch to black screen

Hi,
I have a chipped Wii on 4.1E, I also have it softmodded to run CFG 65 from a WD passport HD, some of the games run fine whilst others launch to a black screen when launched from CFG when I launch from the Disc channel with a burned ISO the pointer disapears and I can not select anything, net result is I have to hard reset the Wii. I am thinking I have corruption somewhere but where I have no idea.

Below is a syscheck if you could help I would appreciate as I am at my wits end.

you have a PAL wii....are the games that don't work by any chance USA copies?
if then change video mode to american (don't remember how it's called

No mate they are PAL titles.
