Only GBA and DSIWare require sysNAND installations. SNES, GBC and others are software emulation and do not require to restart to sysNAND.Without sysnand Installation that would be great.
yes. i can't play gba games. what can i do? how can i download them to sysnand and what else can i do for it? maybe an extra patch to sysnand or something like that?Only GBA and DSIWare require sysNAND installations. gba vc games are very dark on 3ds though... but snes games are nearly perfect. the pixels are perfectly accurate on 3ds top screen.OK, didn't know that since for GBA,GBC,SNES,DS etc. I use my DSlite or my iPad.
Cool, but I like to enjoy them on a bigger screen (iPad or Wii) with wii classic Controller.gba vc games are very dark on 3ds though... but snes games are nearly perfect. the pixels are perfectly accurate on 3ds top screen.
Best CFW out there.
Here you go.What Features does 4.0 bring ?
- Updated loader to read external patches from patches.dat (beta feature)
- Restructured codebase a lot
- Rewrote fs.c to be more like stdio
- O3DS and N3DS in same codebase with compiler options
- New splash screen
- Tons of small fixes for stability etc
From my understanding this is nothing we commoners would understand..For instance:
What is fs.c? Stdio?
What is the planning for patches.dat?
What did restructuring code do and mean?
Most of it was code optimization ..faster, cleaner, stability(TM) .. But now arm 11 patches are on the sd card in the form patches.dat ..I have plans to manage patches so you don't need to shut off the console. For now use a hex editor. Lol
do you have screen init a9lh? should show up fineI just copied the new 4.0 files over the old installation on my SD (so convenient with ftp-gmx)!
but the mentioned "new splash" is just a black screen, right? I still get no splash. not that I would complain, just wanna know if that is right. best wishes!
