i was wondering if there will ever be a program that allows you to get all gear offline while on cfw? - yes i know the title isn't that great but i got nothng. i have been waiting since the games release for a program that is just like splathex. again just wanting to know or if there is a way to get all gear unlocked without needing to be online.​

I doubt it, save editing for multiplayer Splatoon 3 has an extremely niche usage (people using Ryujinx LDN) and so there's not a demand since people either use a community file or their own legal save files to play. Save editing isn't possible for legal online play as even if you do the modifications offline the game checks your local save against the server's save and will console ban you if they don't match.
