So I went n bought a d-pad replace and assume that was the issue with my psp controls going crazy and not centering
But my d-pad is just fine and now my nex guess is the analog stick itself the base of it or the motherboard
I also broke on accident the the little lock for the LCD screen Power source and cant get the ribbon to fit back in and my screen is all dark
So should i look for a new motherboard to fix my psp which is like $60ish to replace
or look for a used psp 1000/2000 on craiglist

Depends on how the price is for the PSP on craigslist. If it's cheap, and looks like it's working fine, Have at it, if you have the money.

Have you tried calibrating the Analog stick? Open up the SYSTEM INFORMATION page under SYSTEM SETTINGS and start spinning the analog stick. I cant remember if it was clock wise or counter clock wise. Either way, it worked for me.

@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, the character has the health behavior
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, the "greenflatbar" is one of the preset health bars btw
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you can use any bar/sprite. It will just change the width. Ok good luck and have fun. I'm off to go shoot some pool at the bar. Talk to you later.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, why does the health behavior exist if you can just use a variable?
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
and nope the number still doesnt change
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
ok im gonna make my own asset
