Damn, this is just so sad and there's essentially no cure for suicide as it's a mental illness issue.

Although there is no cure for mental health issues, there is treatment and I wish there wasn't so much shame in getting that treatment. So many lives would not be lost if we treated mental health seriously and people were encouraged to seek help when they are distressed. I hope his soul is resting in peace and I hope one day we see fewer people losing their lives to mental health issues.

saddly some people can mask their suffering til it's too late and only 49 damn didn't know we were only 13 years apart MI is nothing to joke about (I have bi polar myself) so in closiing get help if you need it don't mask it RIP JDF
