In case you weren't aware, a couple of months ago Nintendo created a bug bounty program for the 3DS. This program allowed hackers to submit new bugs/exploits and receive payouts in return. It seems Nintendo silently added the Switch to the program.
Maybe this will encourage folks to contribute to the security of the Switch.
Currently, in the context of the HackerOne program, Nintendo is only interested in vulnerability information regarding the Nintendo Switch™ system and the Nintendo 3DS™ family of systems and is not seeking vulnerability information regarding other Nintendo platforms, network service, or server-related information.
Maybe this will encourage folks to contribute to the security of the Switch.
