Switch crashing because of lock screen theme

Hi, I see that you guys get this question all the time but for the past couple of days I just can't seem to find the reason as to why my switch keeps crashing when I install a lock screen. This started when I updated my switch from 15.x.x to 16.1.0. I've tried reinstalling nxthemes, getting the new update for systempatches, installing brand new themes that were released in the past week, but it all comes back to the error code 2162-0002 and the only way to fix it is to delete the 01000... folder. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Hey im very late to this post but what seemed to fix it for me was installing the newest theme patche, they are on exelix11's github
