Switch OLED die after pi fly install help please

Hello, I installed a picofly on my OLED switch, and I made a tin ball on several components on the side of the point (B) ( RST) and at first the processor became boiling, then I saw the tin ball in the microscope, so I removed it the processor from the switch is no longer boiling but no sign of life, when I connect to my socket I have 5.52v and 0.49a without a screen (just the battery) do you have an idea? When I have short this part what I broke ? CPU? ( sorry iam French )

You are missing one half of the capacitor in picture #1.
But the processor becoming boiling hot is a bad sign.
Usually that only happens when you short out something or feed a voltage that is way too high.
The ripped off pads of the casing in picture #2 and #3 probably won't matter much.
They are just connected to the ground plane.

Although I would recommend sending it to a good repair shop, maybe someone here knows how to proceed.

for the capacitor it is an optical effect because it is intact,
I swap them with an OLED motherboard and still nothing at startup... if you have any other idea or what I can test? Thanks

Nvm, I believe your cpu toasted. Check the voltage around max77821 without the modchip
