Ok after updating the issue is still there but different error.
After updating fw to 6.0 and downgrading sxos to 1.9 when I try to play a match the game crashes after I confirm and right when the pre game training starts with error code 2002-4153 and the game is rendered corrupt.
Damn that sucks. Ok I'll be adding this game to the list of issues and send it over to TX support. Thanks for your input.

Not even going to bother upgrading to 2.0, nothing worthwhile in it anyways.
Emu-nand is definitely worth it if your not banned
I can confirm i found this because doom is not working on sxos 2.0 ofw 6.0 with emunand
a layered fs toggle would be apreciated

It's not going to protect you from a ban so i don't see why you say it's worth it if you're not banned. They way they implemented emunand causes more trouble than it's worth

Stop talking rubbish, if you use emunand to install nsp - and don't go online. Then you want to go online afterwards - you just need to disable emunand and it won't show you ever installed any nsp files.

Emunand is good and offers a degree of protection - only thing is the sx os 2.0 breaks some games.

So basically the same thing as having a nand backup...The way emunand is implemented RIGHT NOW is completely pointless and the only, ONLY purpose it serves is if you have OFW on lower than 5.1 and don't want to update in case a warmboot comes out in the future. THIS is it's only purpose the way it's implemented right now. It's not going to protect you from a ban.(Not to mention it breaks so much this that it's more trouble than it's worth)

No issues with every game i have used or tried..
XCI OR NSP

SXOS 1.6

SYS 5.1.0

You being on 5.1.0 explains it as most issues happen with a combination of SX OS 2.0 and OFW 6.0. And even that doesn't happen to everyone which is what i find the absolute STRANGEST thing

OK look I understand - you've already made up your mind that for YOU - it's useless. However for ME it's good and I use it and am not banned (yet). Removing emunand - is not the same as restoring a nand backup. Now I get it that you don't like that feature - but nobody is making you use it, but for me, I like to have that option available and find it very useful - no matter what you seem to think.

Why is TX wasting time on making pseudo-emunand? They should be spending time on stability like Nintendo.

Because they have to make something original that they didn't steal form someone else...And it's a hot mess. Much like the rest of update 2.0. But i'm sure they are working hard on fixing the issues, there's precedent for that so

I'm using Xenoblade 2 XCI without Torna DLC, on 2.0 with 6.0 OFW. It has some issues, like crashing after cutscenes when playing for long sessions, but so far (Chapter 2) I haven't found anything else.

Dude, whether you like it or not & whether it is useful or not are not the same stuff.
What you are saying is basically 'I like the theory 1+1=3, and you have made up your mind 1+1=3 is wrong, so just stfu. Now you don't like this theory - but nobody is asking you to believe it.'

There are plenty of posts indicating what the true nature of the TX 'Emunand' is and how it fails to be compared to the Emunand as in the way back to 3DS scene. If you have any supporting to suggest the opposite, please show it instead of simply saying you like it so it is useful and ask people to shut up.
