Nope, works fine for me.

Damn, I might have done something wrong somewhere...
But I checked for error both the original game rip and the converted one, they don't seem to have any problem.
What's your psp model/cfw/popsloader version?
And do you remember which parameters you used when doing the conversion? (Compression, options...)

PSP 3001, Infinity 1.0 + LME (LME is 2.3 I think? whatever's the latest as of maybe 3 months ago), I'm pretty sure I'm using POPS 6.35 because that's what the Pops Compat List says works best.

I used compression level 1 & default settings.

Thanks, I found what the problem was; at some point I activated the fast loading option and forgot about it
As the compatibility list you sent mentions, this option has to be disabled.
Another thing worth noting; with pops 6.35 the psp go shuts down right away when trying to boot the game. Works perfectly with the native pops (6.61).
It seems that the psp go especially has some troubles with pops that the other psp models don't have
