Lots of unneeded drama in this thread.
I recently spoke with TX, and they inform me that they just moving and upgrading servers, and migration of all data, forums, etc. is occurring, and with DNS changes, there may be periods of downtime with sites showing offline, but all is good and its just continued part of their previous upgrades this one is more extensive and as such domains may from time to time be not available for access.
If i get more news from them, I will let everyone know.

You are lying, again. A domain being suspended and on clientHOLD has nothing to do with moving/upgrading servers. It means you are in some kind of trouble with your registar - unpaid bill or something. The registar opted to suspend your domain.
Now, that occurred. That is factual. A simple whois reveals that. So why are you lying? Why are you giving us some nonsense spin, when you could just tell the truth?
