We've located a bug with this message and fixed it in the 1.06 kernel, I'm sure we'll be able to release the new kernel soon, until then please don't run "Casper's Scare School Spooky Sports Day! ". In the meantime we are working on a recovery tool for cards affected by this glitch.

Hello, Pokemon White 2 even with Latest AP code from database of GBATemp, is not booting up, if i disable the AP Cheat code, it boots but doesn't give EXP, this issue does not exist in Pokemon Black 2. Please look into this AP compatibility. Using a DS Lite Here.

and a game that stutters a lot is Metroid Pinball. audible lag stutter.

EZP's own White 2 AP code should work, as well as the one from r4isdhc.com.cn kernel. Just not the one currently in DeadSkullzJr's cheat database (for my related cart, at least).

White 2 just straight up crashes when you try to summary a pokemon and i'm convinced that this is a EZP exclusive error as
i've never seen this happen until now and the rom works as intended on AK2i, TWM++, etc. i could be wrong about it being a EZP exclusive crash as this is new to me as i thought things just ended at the random freezes and 0 exp gain

do you know how to merge ezp and deadskull cheat dats? I am using R4CCE program but im not sure how to merge as to keeping the ezp codes intact but adding games that is missing from ezp cheat database from deadskullz database

yeah i agree because using an AP cheat or even with the DS scene rom tool makes things a bit tedious im ngl when rom hacks get brought into the conversation.
i remember when moon black 2 came out and it was hard figuring out if you had to AP patch the base rom first or when it's patched with the rom hack afterwards.

Given their update speed, don't expect too much I guess. They updated fast, because of the Casper Brick, but since then is now nearly a month passed by and nothing happened again (not even AP Patching, which apparently is still incomplete?).

The sleep bug exists since the cards launch, so for around 3~4 months now? Don't have high hopes that they can fix it at all at this point.

For White 2, I had to disable 'Reset in Game'. Perhaps that?

I'm not entirely sure how that would fix the specific issue i'm having but it's worth a shot tbh, if it doesn't work it's not a deal breaker i can always go back to using my AK2i since it works with my 3DS unlike my Pink Phat DS lol

This thing is almost definitely going to be abandonware like the ezflash omega

That was also released with tons of issues that was left to the community to fix.

I'm guessing that 'Reset in Game' uses a patch that either conflicts with the AP code, or gets detected by the game's AP. Just wondering if this behavior is present on EZP.

Anyway, if you try it, do let us know.

I'm a bit disappointed to say the least that this cart was never able to hold up to a $5 (pick a cart) clone. Guess this should convince EZ Flash to leave slot-1 solutions to existing carts that already provide better functionality and performance.

i was actually just about to check if any updates were up but ig there's no point at this rate as i've seen a good amount
of people reporting with 0 response it just seems like they've just gone radio silent for whatever reason

They won't put that much money into the hardware/ FPGA development and then just sell it off

It’s absolutely worth getting a DS flashcart, just not the EZ Flash Parallel.

I bought the EZFP (looks pretty cool being clear case) for about $10 and I'm very pleased with their EZ Flash Omega GBA cart so I'm giving them a chance.

Plus, the FPGA chip got me interested, too. Let's see what they do or don't with it I'll be patient.

Nothing more than it does now. Which is being the brains of the cart, handling cart command translation and SD I/O. Every cart has an FPGA, CPLD, ASIC or MCU dedicated to this purpose.
It's not magically gonna become a DSTWO (that had a dedicated MIPS CPU) or iPlayer (dedicated video encoder) equivalent. The FPGA is already doing all it has capacity for (and extremely poorly given the almost DS-X levels of terrible DLDI speeds... while also being unable to run a bunch of DLDI-based homebrew at all like nds-bootstrap)

Likely this product was introduced to increase visibility for their other products (Omega DE and EZ Flash Jr which are probably not selling as well. I do not suspect they invested all that much into development of the Parallel. I'm critical of this product due to having expectations based off other popular products from the team and I'm simply impatient. I definitely look forward to meaningful updates that would entice me to dust it off and use it more regularly, I welcome softening my stance on the product should it mature into a solid overall cart. Time will tell I suppose...but I'm not holding my breath.

That you for saying this. Everyone seems to think the FPGA on the Parallel is gonna turn your DS into a MiSTer but it’s really just a standard component of any flash cart.
