If you download that CIA file at all, it's illegal. I know the pirated copy =/= lost sale theory exists, but come on now. You are freely downloading a paid game from a company that worked hard to bring you that enjoyment. Guilt won't start making people buy games, but you should at least realize what you're doing each time you download that "free" game. Being poor doesn't acquit you of anything, it's just what people use to feel better about the situation.
