HAARP
Leaving aside conspiracy theories about HAARP for the moment, the official application itself is extremely interesting. It is based on the belief that the ionosphere can be influenced using various high-energy devices - one of the achievements of the equipment used was the creation of an artificial aurora borealis in 2005 using radio waves.
The main HAARP tool is IRI, a powerful radio transmitter consisting of 180 antennas. Its task is to energize the Earth's ionosphere and collect data on changes occurring at that time. The signal has a power of 3.6 MW and is emitted in the 2.8-10 MHz HF band. The project's main facility is located in Gakona, Alaska.
But is ionospheric research the only application of HAARP? One of the physicists, Bernard Eastlund, author of several patents used by the project, claims that the capabilities of the device are much greater than expected. According to him, HAARP can modify the weather over a large area, destroy artificial satellites or influence their operation.
Nick Begich, author of a book about the project, draws attention to one of the most interesting elements of conspiracy theories - the possibility of generating earthquakes, causing tsunamis and creating a huge focusing lens in the atmosphere, which can be used as an energy weapon.

Irreplaceable conspiracy enthusiast - Jesse Ventura - requested access to the facility, but was turned away just before the gate. The European Parliament and one of Alaska's administrative bodies also became interested in the project when both were alerted to the potentially dangerous activities of HAARP.
Why does HAARP attract conspiracy supporters so strongly? The reason is very simple: despite the theoretically open and public nature of its activities, HAARP operates in a very discreet, almost secret form. People who want to visit the facility (including scientists interested in research) are turned away, and the area around HAARP is patrolled day and night by unmarked cars. Moreover, HAARP never really attempted to thoroughly explain the principles of operation of IRI. The first information appeared only after a series of pressure from private individuals and institutions. The figure of the main antenna contractor adds flavor to the whole matter. It is BAE, an armaments company. Additionally, all research must be approved (or commissioned) by the US Department of Defense.

Uh, no not even close to whatever you said. Just a show about UFO sightings, and weird stuff happening on a ranch in Utah, USA.
Did it for instance take place in such so called "shows" as Barney and friends big purple dinosaur or within referred to media sometimes referenced within such "conspiracy theory" as Montauk effect barbie movie 2023?

Ngl, Barney looks like a huge purple testicular tumor. Were the show's producers sex addicts or just straight up on crack?
