Hi! Long time lurker here (I'm not hacking-savvy enough to be useful and not witty enough to engage in conversation). First of all I wanted to thank everyone involved with switch hacking (@SciresM in particular) for their awesome creations and efforts.

That being said I can't help but notice that this section is getting quite cramped and useful threads are getting buried by... let's say less useful ones.
I propose to refactor this section by splitting it in two: Switch Hacking and Switch Homebrew :

- Switch Hacking should be dedicated to news reports and development threads of entry-points, CFW and all similar things. Maybe with some tutorials on how to use them sticky.
- Switch Homebrew should contain all the homebrew software (games, emulators, tools)

That's all. Thanks for the attention and again a huge thank you for everyone investing his or her free time on developing for this console.

I completely agree.

If I were going to split up the forums, I would convert Switch - Hacking & Homebrew into exactly the categories above ("Switch - Hacking", and "Switch - Homebrew Development & Emulators")

Sometime later in the future when the scene is more mature, I would eventually split "Switch - Hacking" into "Switch - Hacking & Custom Firmwares" and "Switch - ROM Hacking, Translation, & Utilities". But I wouldn't do that for a while until more stuff is publically usable.

I agree. As someone with 1.0 switches I'm terribly uninterested in homebrew development right now, all I want is any updates on cfw.

Editing to add: I'll be really interested in homebrew once jamais vu is out, and would rather research then. Most things I learn now will most likely be obsolete or superceded by then.
