BTW i wanna edit these files (practice coding)
do i just edit it with a HEX editor and if so what's the table?

you can edit the files with TTDT.exe

but before that you have to find the code hex's and offset's that fix the game you want to fix , plus you must find the encrypted gameID and it's code

This does brings me a little question... The AP in the games is the same, but why utilizing some bypassing works in some carts, but not in other carts?

Yes

With adding the Game-ID am geting hex from the over roms one by one and placing them hex into infolib.dat with that GameID , So far white screen of death, I know it only takes the right one...

If the one GameID and hex + offsets for extinfo.dat is correct that is

Yes you have the Game-ID for BH2P 846984F8 as is

But for infolib.dat and extinfo.dat

Encrypted Game-ID BH2P 16488857

But you still use the normal rom as is when playing - and not the encrypted rom

Use eNDryptS Advanced to encrypt a "copy" of your original rom - do make a copy of the original and don't use the original one it's self
