I recall getting to see clips from a VHS played in my middle school English class. Not the whole movie, though. Even as a kid who was interested in learning more about the Titanic, the clips I saw bored me to tears.

I saw the original 3D release in the cinema. Better than some 2D->3D conversions, which isn't saying a lot, but can't say it improved the movie. 4K is kinda eh, not worth rewatching a movie for, and I'm sure it was already 4K or beyond in cinemas anyway.

They tested this in Mythbusters, They tested the idea in practice and while 2 people technically fit, and the panel didn't sink, it lowered in the water enough that they would both get soaked and eventually freeze to death in the icy cold water, was the conclusion they came to IIRC.
