Hacking Transfer & Rockband and restoring wii

Got a couple of questions about the transfer

• How do rockband songs transfer to the wii u?
• How do rockband songs that were "manually unlocked" transfer to wii u?
• After transfer, do they become unavailable on the old wii?
• If so, what if I backup the sd card and also backup and restore the wii NAND with the well known brick prevention tools? Wouldn't my wii be exactly before transfer

After you transfer all savegames and purchased channels go to the wii U and delete from wii.
