Gaming Transfering PS3 games and apps.

How would I transfer games from a external to another external? Also how would I transfer from internal to external vice versa?

Also I'm not sure if this is allowed if not I will remove it but

Where can I get the most up to date files for backup loaders and other apps for PS3 such as the hex files etc.

Seeing as how ext. hdds need to be formatted to FAT32, there should be no problem transferring files from one ext. hdd to another using any personal computer. As for transferring files to and from an ext. hdd (FAT32) to the internal PS3 (???format) and vice versa via a JB'd PS3, I've used Open Manager with no unforeseen problems.
