SNEmuleDS cannot provide perfect emulation and still has a number of issues on many games. Do not run games in it and expect them to work.

Also, please do not double post and bump a topic that isn't even 3 hours old.

my advice get a gpx2, they have better support for the snes. Theres a better chance of another Street Fighter Live action movie then that stripe being fixed. A thing like a black line is kind of low in the "need to be fixed list"

also have you tried playing with the layer orders?
