So most games seem to work, but when I open Mario and Luigi super star saga, it seem the bottom portion of the game seems to have the same segment stacked. Please help

ya, my understanding is that this is a bug in Nintendo's twldbg module or something... very difficult to fix. I also ran into this issue with Sword of Mana before.

Seeing that you're using a 3DS-family system, the currently recommended method is to use the GPU scale feature in TWPatch. Download TWPatch with Universal-updater and follow the steps there to enable GPU scale.

This issue of stacking parts of the lower screen is due to a flaw with Nintendo's own DS-mode for 3DS which GBARunner2 is run in. You won't see this on a DSi or DS for example.

If card is 256GB downgrade to 128GB and if 128GB format to 64K cluster size with guiformat

I'm designing my own entertainment cabinet for my man cave, to store all my systems, then I'm also designing a power supply/HDMI switcher so I can switch to whichever system I want, and power it also. Already picked up the cabinet board, but tinkering with my drawings before start

But yea, I have frogger arcade cabinet that I gutted and put a Pi4 then Pi5 into, but it never gets played much anymore, should sell it. Even when the kids come over, they don't want to play on it, just the xbox. TMNT and Simpson's arcade is still so fun on it, esp w 2 players.
