Hacking un-bricking my New 3DS XL

so here's the current situation: I bricked my system while downgrading the 3DS. I soon got a Flash Cart, but i'm encountering some new issues:

-I did the Safeb9Insaller and instead of going into the main screen, I get placed on a loop that never ends.

-I soon decided to see any alternative, I decided to use Luma to flash it and I got this error:

so what should I do next? is my system officially done? or what else can I do?

Are you able to boot to payloads? If So, do CTRTransfer via Decrypt9.

Put Decrypt9 in /luma/payloads on your SD. Then hold select START on boot.
But first try recovery mode: A+R+L+Up(DPad)

That's _Start_ on boot, to get to the chainloader. Holding Select will just get him to Luma config.

alright, so I am able to get to the Decrypt9 main menu. I do the transfer I get a failed message.

I do have a Back-up of this, so where do I put it and load that?

Make folder files9 in sd root. Put any files you want to work with here (CTRTransfer img, nand backup, ...). Then restore sysnand.
Also what error do you get?

yeah, it should be fine. I am weary of updating my 3DS since it went back to stock.

no it did not thats not how a ctrtransfer works

it went to firmware 11.2, im sure thats stock or at least the bundled-in firmware thats on my 3DS

If you hold start on boot does it load the godmode9 screen?
