Hacking unlock Spanish in Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon?

I bought a physical copy of the game but I know that the game has blocked the Spanish language, I heard that with cfw I can put Spanish to the original cartridge USA, if someone knows how to do it, I would appreciate it if you could explain.

My 3ds is: Old3ds, Boot9Strap and Luma 9.1.
