Homebrew app Using Sleep function in devkitpro 3DS

I am not sure how to do the wait process in devkitpro 3DS.
I am Japanese and just started using devkitpro.
Is it possible to wait like the Sleep function?

(the one that specifies milliseconds in the Sleep function)
I tried to look it up myself, but I couldn't figure it out, so I would appreciate it if you could post an example code.

It's 1 million units per millisecond, so svcSleepThread(500*1000000) would be 1/2 seconds, for example.
