Hacking Using Wii as NDS Download Statiom to send ROP loader?

Hello, I don't know if this is exactly the right place to ask that, but is there any way to use my Wii as a NDS Download station to send the 4.x ROP loader to my 3DS. I don't have any flashcart and I think this may be a way to do this, as some Wii games can create a NDS Download station (eg: Guitar Hero 5, Nintendo Channel)
