Hacking VC Save Icon and Save Title Injector problem

Hey everyone!

I'm currently trying to inject an old ROM in a VC wad. Just for shits and giggles really.
But here's the problem, I hit a little snag. Been searching everywhere for a solution with not much luck.

Did everything exactly as stated but when I get to injecting the Save Icons and Save Titles it says:

banner.tpl Not Found!
Cannot Files Save banner to inject!

So, from 5:30 up until 6:00 in the video

Though the banner.tpl has been created and is in the right folder (the output folder, same folder as the 00000001.app).
Renamed it to banner.tpl and banner.tpl.tpl but neither worked.

Been thinking it might be something I did wrong in VC Save Icon Maker by HowardC, but I can't imagine what.
Followed the video and everything seemed to work.
Might anyone here have a solution for this? I'm clueless at this point.

Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World.
I have Super Mario All-Stars but not with Super Mario World in it. Also, it's without a custom banner...

Sort of makes it incomplete imo. You think you could help?
