Hacking Vita Black Screen

I cant play anything with this error code:
c0111362..
Any help? (Sorry for the wrong the thread title)

everytime i try to boot the vita it boot with the enso logo then the epilepsy message and then black screen and the blue light blinking for three times then power off...
my vita is breaked or something?
my vita is henkaku 3.60 after i downgraded and it worked good until now..

Try to boot the ps vita holding "L" to by pass the plugins..if work..the culprit is some bad plugins...if dont work..try to reinstall the firmware through recovery mode...
