Unfortunately, the minimum version you can downgrade to on a CECH-30xxB model is higher than 3.55 (maximum version for CFW installation), making it impossible to downgrade and install CFW on that specific model. You'll either have to sell it and try to find a <=3.55 PS3/pre-modded PS3, or if you primarily just want to run pirated backups, there is a way to inject them onto an external HDD using this method.
