Also since I have anxiety, it'd get to nervous doing anything with internal drivers. So don't go "update ur driverz". But feel free to give suggestions on how to improve it that is software wise.

That's an Intel GMA 4500MHD (GM45), which was Intel's last off-CPU IGP.

Don't expect to run anything fancy on it. Probably emulators for 4th generation consoles (Mega Drive, SNES) and earlier, and maybe early 2000s PC games. (Sonic Mania might run, not sure.)

Not much at all, what others said above is quite accurate. Also nothing can really go wrong by hitting, "update driver".
Windows can't find any updates...

Here's a website that might help you figure out what you can run https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
I've checked the site out multiple times but none of the games that are somewhat interesting to me says I can run it.

It's probably true then. Your PC doesn't look like it can run anything other than very early 3d games, or some 2d indies. Maybe a few older emulators as well.

The only game that's fairly recent I can run decently is Totally Accurate Battle Simulator but I need to have it windowed, medium sized with fastest graphics and all effects off. And I can't have too many people in the arena or else it lags a bit.

This is the last official Dell-supported video driver release for Intel GPU versions of the Inspiron 1470. It's dated 2011, so it's probably not any better than what Windows 10 has.

Note that Intel's website might have a more up-to-date version, but installing it may break some things like brightness keys.
Like I said, anxiety will take over if I tried to install it. Also by the way the biggest console I can emulate really well is Nintendo 64 using Project64 i believe it's called.

Nothing can go wrong by going through a driver setup. Worse that can happen is it's a slight downgrade.
