Hello, and good day! For me, the best language is processor machine code: Understanding and using, allows me to write software without specialized tools for, and familiaeize myself with inneeworking of systems that I am targetting by.

Sup! Each language is better suited to a specific task. The best language for you depends on what you want to do. For example, for mobile app development Kotlin is the current language, for web development PHP for back-end and JS for front-end. But if you're just starting out, I think Python is best. It's a language with dynamic typing and understandable syntax.

Processor machine code you say?
I'd say assembly for it stays the closest to real CPU code, then there's easier typing: basic it's practicly the same language but with real words instead of 3 letters.
Turbo pascal for calculation setups close to CPU coding.
The above named program languages are not universal, you might have special commands and options depending on the CPU in use, and are a nightmare to understand without making a diagram of what you want to achive.
C++ overal programming.
python for scripting.

I used to ask questions like this so I'll give the answer that I wish someone had told me a long time ago. There is no "best language" it's a damn meme at best. Learn the language that best enables you to complete whatever goals and projects you have in mind and you cannot go wrong.
