Sometimes I get that after using an app with an add, but it disappears after a few seconds.

It's been there for a while. It appears when I return to the HomeScreen. I'm not sure, I think it started a few app installs ago.

Well, you can rule out Tiny Wings, since its awesome and it didn't do anything to my iPod

It is annoying. I've changed themes multiple times, and that's always displayed. It always displays a "Testing iAD Title". I've TRYiD multiple times, it does nothing.

I found the app that was responsible. It was the Spike Dislike Lite app. As soon as I uninstalled it, the banner went away.

That f'n sucks. I know its a pain in the ass.. but.. yeah... backup and restore is what I would do. I'd also list what I installed from cydia and after the restore reinstall it all one app at a time to find out what actually put the banner there in the first place.
