Hacking Where are Vita game updates saved?

I tried to install an update to a game both in a VPK format and MaiDumpTool format, but the VPK would get stuck at 99% and the other would say that the application for the update wasn't installed. Now when I start the game it says the file is corrupt, which I suspect is because of the unfinished update. I'm wondering where the location of the update is. I already know the title id of the game, so I just need the subpath. Or at least, how can I uninstall the game, reinstall and keep my save file?

If I'm not mistaken, updates overwrite files in the main game directory. You'll probably have to reinstall the game if you want the old game files back. As for keeping your save file, I'm pretty sure game save managers can decrypt a backup. Look for the Vita Save Manager.
