Misc Why there are Wiiware online (wiimmfi) pathcers but no Dsiware online patchers

Why Wiiware is so easy to hack while Dsiware is not? Like there is a wii ware pathcer for wiimmfi, but I did not see any patchers for dsiware. I have a dsiware game named "Mario vs. Donkey Kong Minis March Again!" on my 3DS, and when WFC was online, I was using it. Now it is dead. No one made a patcher for it but they made a patcher for wiiwares.

So far, no one has managed to decrypt any DSiWare title. It's necessary to decrypt them in order to patch them so they can connect to servers without having to use SSL.

That's not true... Heck, I've played Tetris Party Live through Wiimmfi (and yes, I'm referring to the DSi version, not the Wii version)

And they are testing some other games. (There might be others already implemented, but I never owned much dsiware).

On the above page, scroll until you see pink boxes labeled DW (DSiWare). And like I said Tetris already works, and there may be others, I'll have to check.

I don't know what that is, but okay. Also for the record I thought the post was made in February of 2019, not 2018, and I didn't start using Wiimmfi on NDS and DSI software until sometime in october of 2018, so this makes sense.

Sorry for picking up the old topic, but I have a question if there is a possiblity to patch DSi title for Wiimmfi beside nds-constraint?

If you have dsiware title on 3ds, you have to go into connection settins and set up custom DNS. When you are going to play 3ds title online - you may not connect to server because sometimes you forgot to set back DNS in connection settings.

I am lazy to turn on/off dns in connection settings to be able to play dsiware title online. I would rather patch DSiWare titles to play them online via Wiimmfi and no more enter into connection settings and set custom DNS.

Wiimmfi patcher only patches wii titles. Is there a way to do this for dsiware except nds-constraint?
