also: am I allowed to hang back at the start just behind every one until I get a gold mushroom then drive on the grass to cut corners and get way ahead?( i find it's an even easier way to win then snaking)

I may need to dust off the DS and join in on some MKDS. It's been a while. Hell Wife® might join in too! We'll have to see what happens

I'm kinda new here and this is a fantastic idea! I'd love to be involved. I've got a DS but I'd rather find folk who want to play NES classics with/against me, those guys are hard to find! Anyway, really great idea and you'll see me there... If I can work out what time your gaming night starts in BST... I may be late lol.
Oh, and while I'm thinking abut it, 'Snaking' in MKDS isn't technically cheating, but wouldn't you rather win with your true skills and people say, ''Look at that dude, they rule at MKDS'', rather than, ''Urk, there's that fool who can't win at MKDS without Snaking!'' I know what I'd prefer.
