The movie gets around 90% from RottenTomatoes, so yeah, it's a good movie

The full version is untouched and will work even if Nintendo checks if the disc is scrubbed or not.

... but it's really impossible for Nintendo to check if a disc is scrubbed or not, because it would require a DIF file for each game.
