I was wondering why homebrew items such as preloader, and neogamma always load the same wii remote as 1 or 2 no matter what order i sync them in. I have cleared the sync data using the 15 seconds of synco and synced them in opposite order but the moment they are both synced they go back to being 1 and 2 in preloader and neogamma. I'm only asking this because i was wondering if you could switch it or if homebrew remembers your sync data at the time of installation.
