Hacking Wii Sports Resort Update

I ran Waninkoko's 4.1 updater and it worked just fine as far as I can tell, but when I went to run Wii Sports Resort from disc it wanted to do a system update. Normally I'd have done more research but I had some friends over and I'd had a bit of drinky, drinky, so I went ahead and ran it thinking it'd be ok. The system appears fine and I can run my homebrew channel, etc but I wanted to make sure I hadn't done anything bad by updating using Wii Sports Resort. Anyone know?

I think it's just updated some ios. Which means u shld be fine I think.
