Hacking Wii vc hacked?

Has anyone heard of a wad loader? I saw these:
Opera Internet Channel-WiiShop-PAL-Wii-WaLMaRT
Donkey Kong Country 2 Diddys Kong Quest VC PAL Wii-BlaZe

Says they've been unencrypted. Need a wad loader to install on teh wii with no loaders public now. Anyone else heard of these?

Well they've been fully decrypted. I haven't really been on any sites lately so it was news to me. I'm not even sure if there is a such thing as a wad loader as you'd think we'd see some videos or something but who knows..
