Does this still require the 1.9s Wiikey update? I have around 80 GC backup games on discs using the latest version of gcos multi. I never updated because of the audio fix problem on Pal Wii's. I'd really like to play this game, but no one game is worth screwing up 80 or so others.

I'm pretty sure it does not.

The 1.9s update was mainly to allow your wii to read dual layers and since this is just a plain DVD, it shouldn't have any trouble with it.

Works fine on my pal wii 3.2 (normal like a dvd5) Sub-emmisery mode works in this release and all the movies aren't deleted. (There is a lot of working fine).
It isn't serious sonic and ZSS deleted ? I didn't reach the numbers of fight to unlock sonic but i 'm playing Samus right now !!!
So Cruddy is another liar or a mis-informed guy

16 movies are available: 15 videos which were originally on the first layer, and the opening movie, which has been moved and is now completely stored on the first layer.
The 144 others movies, on the second layer, have been linked to the Samus video.

I took a chance and downloaded the DVD9 version. My Wii apparently has no problem with DVD9 because I'm still on the 1.9g firmware & it's working perfectly.
