Can I download for example pokemon white 2 from this website

Convert the save file to raw and then transfer it to an actual game cart via checkpoint. (I was able to).

Then I use poke transporter to get few pokemons from this save file. Will I get banned?

There's always a possibility to be banned. I'd do very basic Pokemon with all fields filled with actual values and then try something extremer later.
