Is it safe to use it or is there any consequences?

Xiaomi Mijia:
• Rated power: 100W, peak power: 110W
• Input voltage: 12V DC, output voltage: 220V / 50Hz AC
• USB port output: DC5V 3.1A in all, one with max. 2.4A
• Working temperatures: 0 - 40 Deg.C

Wii U AC Adapter Power supply for console:
• Input 110-220V <-> 60Hz - 1.1A
• Output 15V - 5A

From the listed, no. But I'm no expert and I can't tell if that Wii U AC adapter is really only 60Hz in. Again, you need someone who know better than me, but...

220/15 = 14.6
100 / 14.67 = 6.8

Then if it has to be delivered %20 faster (60Hz vs. 50Hz)...

6.8 * 0.8 = 5.44

So 5.44A (I really don't know this stuff :-/)?...looks like you have enough power, but still not sure about that Wii U adapter and its 60Hz. To continue down the road in guesstimation, complete darkness, if it really has to deliver the power %20 faster, then that is a larger percentage than the peak wattage difference of %10. If that's really the case, things will become extremely hot at best. But again, find someone who knows :-/.
