When I go into personalise, mouse schemes, and set the scheme to (none) it stays as the default one. Every other scheme works perfectly

Sorry to hear that.:(

Maybe something to do with this:
The pointer scheme appears to get reset when you apply a new Windows theme file.

Did you do something with that ?

I'm not very good at explaining things so I used the step recorder to try and explain what I did. You can find it in the zip file

Thank you.:)

Then we know it has something to do with a THEME.

Try to use the Windows 10 Standard Theme to check i then the NONE mouse scheme works.I found many entries via Google of users who had that issue with Windows 10 Build 1809....and sadly no solution.:(

I am pretty sure (none) is just Windows Default.
Edit: Actually no, it appears to be Windows Standard (which otherwise are only listed in large and extra large sizes)

Yes, I edited my post ;)
Anyway, it looks like (none) is working just fine. It's not the same as Windows Default, it's slightly different (it's actually Windows Standard)
Which is how it should work, right?
yeah, that's how it should work, but it stays as windows standard
