Windows 10 won't open SD cards

I'm trying to open "Disco 1" which is a 16GB SD card. As you can see, it doesn't show in "MyPC" but it's shown in Device Manager. Still can't open from there though.

I've just inserted my SD in my sister's laptop and it's working like it should.

I've tried with 2GB, 4GB, 32GB and 64GB SD cards and multiple SD adapters (Sandisk and ADATA) and neither are showing in "MyPC".

I certainly don't know what might be causing this, and I'm skeptical about hardware failure since it's being recognized.

All my SD cards and Adapters are working in my Wii too.

I just did.
I reformated everything from Device Manager, assigned a nee drive letter and still won't appear in MyPC.

I do not plan to use CMD since it usually kills my memories.

What happens if you try to access the drive by manually typing it into the address bar?

SD card!
Only have 1 port in my laptop for that.

SOLVED. Thanks guys.

Well... what an idiot I am.
So, all this time I've just formatting my SD card via Device Manager, and since it automatically formated it with "E" I thought that was the drive letter without me knowing I had to add another one apparently?

Steps: Go to Device Manager, right click on your drive and choose:

Add letter:

Yeah sorry, ive always just used usb adapters for my sd cards. Could be your card reader in the laptop then but I think you said you tried adapters already.

Yeah, I was actually considering using one of those instead.

But this time it was my stupidity. The problem it's been solved, so thanks both of you for your time.
