Gaming Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron 700m

Hi ,iv'e heard that there is no video driver for the dell inspiron 700m to work with windows 7 ULTIMATE RTM .Could someone pleese help find a solution to this?I'm dying to install it on my laptop! Thanks in advanced!
