Hardware WonderSwan / Color on gba/NDS

Is there any converter that makes WonderSwan / Color roms into playable on the gba/NDS?

There is no way to convert a rom of any sort to work on another system. There is an emulator though. Go to drunkencoders.com and scroll down, sadly it's the final release of the emulator though...

Well, i know that Snes Nes and gb/gbc is emulated. Maybe i should said that instead
