Write to ASM? Write to File?

What do these do? These options are in "breeze".

I think you mean the "Write to ATM" (Write Cheats to Atmosphere), and "Write to File" ? Not sure, but when you Select certain Cheats, I press these so that is stays, otherwise, next time you run the Game, ALL of the Cheats will be Enabled. By Writing to ATM and to File, it makes it so only the Cheats you want are Selected
