Hacking Xbox 360 Hack-able Model Question

So I've guessed that looking for a Arcade ver. or normal, not the pro, would be hackable, but something tells me that some of the pros may be hackable? And which model should I be looking for?

If someone has a detailed site/guide where I could use that be awesome as well

I believe all of the Xbox 360 Models. (Except for the some of the Slims are hackable.)

All phat 360s are flashable, as well as most slims. IIRC the slim Hitachi drives are the only not flashable ATM.
