I have one hacked console, and one legit console.

I got the legit one when my hacked console 3RROD, but I managed to fix it which is why I have two now.

I had a legit one up until a week ago. Someone linked me to an article about it asking me if I thought it would be difficult and noticed I could flash my drive using my own motherboard. So, I did.

I'm really thinking about buying one for christmas. I'd definately look into modding it, but I here the new ones are un-moddable

. Perhaps I'll buy a second hand one instead. I'd have to read up a it more on the process tho, cause it seems a little more complex than the Wii mod. Is xbox-scene still the best place for info on this stuff?

I have two 360's, a launch day one - flashed and an elite - also flashed!

I do tent to buy games that I feel are worth £50.

I am currently legit but considering how easy it is to flash the dvd drives firmware (600 mins to do from start to finish for free) i dont see why anyone is still legit. im in the process of finding a bud with sata connections so I can do the job and with my dl dvds ill be playing GOW2 and Silent Hill 5 for the cost of the disk and a bit of time.

Mine was flashed until it red ringed. When I sent it in to Microsoft to fix, they sent me back the same console (I could tell because of the scratches I left on the back) but they replaced the drive. So not anymore.

I was already redringed and its been over a year so im not sure if it will happen again. but worst case scenario ill be more that happy to reflash.
