Most people will be running the CFW on their EmuNAND since that is the point of installing it in the first place. Only reason I could see of using the CFW on your SysNAND is if you plan to stay offline with it to avoid detection by Nintendo. By that logic, you could play your legally purchased games online with EmuNAND while still reaping the benefits of CFW on your SysNAND. And this is of course as you said to keep the SysNAND's firmware as low as possible in the hopes of better exploits being discovered in the future. Although we can now achieve the bootrom exploit with a softmod, it still requires some sort of tethered connection whether to your PC, phone, or even TX's dongle.oh ok, so on that way you run cfw on the real nand on lower fw, and update to the latest with emunand? so when you are on the real nand you keep your lower fw?
Also, TX never mentioned anything about a spoofer in either of their FAQs plus they also mentioned that their product is supported on all firmwares (which is technically true). Lastly, they stated that installing game updates would have to be done the normal way of being on the latest firmware and grabbing them from Nintendo's servers from your Switch. So, to me at least, they have no plans for firmware spoofing for the time being.
