Using XeLive (or whatever you want to call it) to get JTAGS/RGH'd in hacked state on XBLive will now lead to a PROFILE AND CONSOLE SUSPENSION. Please do not complain about how to reverse the ban or ask for help on how to get it online again.
Your KV is banned from Live and will NEVER be able to connect again since it's also banned server side (your KV is added to the blacklist so it can't ever connect again)

Rumors go that the 16203 update allows JTAGS/RGH'd 360's to connect to XBLive.
This is false!
Microsoft will patch ANY method that allow JTAGS/RGH'd machines to connect to XBLive.
The chances of you connecting a hacked xbox to XBLive with tools found on Internet sites and staying offline is impossible.

You understood the risk of using the files to get your hacked machine on XBLive which was strongly advised against doing in the first place.
It's your OWN fault if you got banned, you had the choice to either do it and take all the risks involved or to not do it and stay offline.
Don't be a tool and spare yourself from a banned Keyvault and banned profile.
